Returns and Exchanges on Original Art

As always you are welcome to start a dialogue with me to have answered any questions you may have about any of the works or prints on this site.

Especially, if you are unsure about a purchase.  It is better to wait and buy after your questions are answered to alleviate undue return charges and restocking fees.  Choosing art is a personal endeavor.

No Exchanges on Original Art.

Being that Original art is created one of a kind and, unique, I prefer not to do returns.  However, If you are not sure about whether or not a piece will compliment the space you are intending for please email me to start a dialog about your concerns.  I want you to be fully excited and happy about your purchase.  Choosing art is a very personal endeavor.  However, if you are not happy please email me through my contact page.

You may return original art up to 30 Days from the purchase date.  Please email me through my contact info page.  Art must be in original box or packaging and customer will be charged return shipping including insurance along with a restocking fee of $10.

If purchasing a Signed Print, I add  additional charges for color correction to insure the colors are exact to the original. Because I have signed the print I am unable to refund or exchange a signed print.

We offer a 30 Day 100% Money Back Guarantee.  If contacted within 30 days of the original order date, FinerWorks will either replace or refund any print or product that is deemed unsatisfactory by the customer; except in the cases of "proof" ordering, or when FinerWorks expresses concern over image quality issues such as poor resolution or potential tonal problems with the image to the customer prior to printing.  And if we can’t make it right we want you to still feel that you were at least dealing with a reputable company that puts you, the customer first.

Please inform me  of your intent to return your unsigned print so I may generate a return email to you via my contact page.

Frames, Mats and Glazing

Frames, mats and glazing may be returned within 30 days after the date or ordering.  Since these orders are custom cut to your specifications, there will be a 20% restocking fee, plus the cost of return shipping that will not be refunded. 

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within 30 days of order date to quality for a full replacement.  Contact us to initiaite the process.

For Returns & Replacements after 30 days

If it has been greater than 30 days since you placed your order and you decided for some reason you are not happy with your prints from FinerWorks, then don't worry.  All is not lost.  We can still provide either partial credit or replacement options.  Contact our customer service department so we can assist you.

Instructions For Damaged Items

If an item damaged during shipment, contact FinerWorks within a week of receiving your damaged print so that FinerWorks can make the appropriate arrangements to have the damaged items refunded or replaced.  To expedite the process please take some photos of the outer packaging, damaged prints/products so that you can provide them to customer service representative.
